The head of the American Armed Forces blood bank during WWII, could not donate his blood because military orders barred donations from Blacks. Eventually Blacks were allowed to donate blood, but only for Black servicemen. True or false? I shall post the answer tomorrow night by approximately 10PM.

Sorry folks for the 24 hour delay. I went to sleep yesterday called myself taking a nap around 5-6PM and when I woke up it was 4 this morning. I have never been able to do that. I woke up feeling rested surprisingly I wasn’t tired. So again I apologize for any inconvenience.
