-0 lbs. I hadn’t dropped any pounds last week. Good thing is I haven’t gained any either. I just fail to understand how 2 weeks in a row NOTHING. I’m still drinking my water that Coca Cola has been in the fridge now for what 2-3 weeks. I see it EVERYDAY. Stronger than I ever thought I’d be. Yet I feel ok. It’s both gratifying and aggravating to find myself constantly tugging at my clothes, yet it serves as a reminder that even tho’ I haven’t reached my goal of the 1st 25 pound reduction I’m on my way and I get closer each day. Never thought it would take this long but it’s been a long time since I changed my eating habits and committed myself to it. I’ve been on this journey since May an I will not give up.
