Get Educated and Get tested. The worst thing you can do is not get tested and informed on your H.I.V. status.
I was on NewsOne FB page last night earlier this morning and what I found was so many people still are not aware and properly informed on H.I.V. and A.I.D.S. What frightened me the most was that many of these people are in their late 30’s 40’s 50’s and higher. We all were around when H.I.V. and A.I.D.S. first became an issue. Some were saying that it’s a homosexual disease sent by God to punish homosexuals. Others were saying the only way to get it was through promiscuous activities. Sadly the list of improper information went on and on. I cam to the conclusion that far too many people knew too much information while at the same time they knew nothing. The only way to be properly informed about A.I.D.S. is to educate yourself and ask questions from properly informed people. Counselors, Doctors, etc, etc.., your sister friend cousin just might not be the one you should be discussing a topic so huge such as A.I.D.S. and H.I.V. GET INFORMED AND GET TESTED. The worst thing about A.I.D.S. is not knowing your status. Be safe and always put your safety first. Q.U.E., there is so much information out there, get informed and ask questions on what you don’t completely understand.
