I have not weighed myself in a while, and my water intake has slipped off this week. I started drinking Apple Juice, I don’t know why but I did. An I noticed an immediate difference so what I’m going to do now is I can’t have anything but pure water until I have drunk at least 64 oz of water. Then I can only have a drink packet. I haven’t been able to fit into anything else YET. There’s a white pair of jeans I have been wanting to wear but I had gotten too big for. As SOON as I am able to wear them I am. I don’t care anything about being out of season. I’ll follow seasonal protocol next year. I’m going to have to rethink somethings because I want to be as close to my goal my birthday in Feb. My main goal I have achieved and it didn’t become a goal until I was 37-38 years of age, so only in the last year give or take a little. I noticed my stress levels along with my weight was steadily on an incline. I knew at that rate my health would decline, unless I faced some facts and made some changes. One fact I faced is I can’t do at almost 40 years what I did when I was 20 years of age. If I could, dropping 10-20 pounds in a month wouldn’t be so hard. My main goal was to be healthy. My numbers Blood Pressure and Glucose is still within normal range. Pretty much the only thing out of whack is my weight. I need to go for my dreaded physicals I already know what my Dr. is going to say but I should get some credit for the pounds I have said goodbye to. Time will surely tell.
