I used an eye mask for the first time one week ago tonight. It was the best sleep I’ve had in a very long time. Usually I’d get about 4-6 hours of sleep per night and I’d wake before daybreak. Last Saturday I woke up it was daylight. I mean broad daylight like it had been day for hours. I was a little bewildered at first I was wondering what time is it. It was after 9 AM and I had went to bed about Midnight so I should have been up no later than 6 AM. With the eye mask the quantity and the quality of my sleep increased. I used to wonder why people used these. You close your eyes its dark what’s the need for the mask. Well it help me to sleep. The strap can be aggravating sometimes but instead of putting the strap behind my ears I’d place it at the top of my head so my eyes were completely covered from side to side. If you want QUANTITY and QUALITY SLEEP an eye mask is the way to go. I didn’t believe they made much sense but I’ve been using the eye mask off and on all week. One night I got my usual 4-6 hours but it was still better, the sleep was shorter but the quality still felt great. If you want great sleep this could help.
