#ZImmermanTrial, don west, Justice for Trayvon Martin and his family, Rachel Jeantel, Reality TV, The First 48
I apologize I started something and didn’t stick with it last night. Upon discovering I hadn’t posted anything pertaining to the #ZimmermanTrial, my intent was to do so this morning but I didn’t get up early enough before the trial resumed this morning. Yesterday was I really can’t find the words. recapping yesterdays events the 911 tapes that were once agreed upon to be admitted into evidence then objected by the defense was once again included into evidence per Judge Nelson. Yesterday was another rather damaging day. At least the late morning early afternoon portions I was able to observe. I missed the first few hours of yesterday mornings session due to mommy and caregiver duties. When I came in the witness Jane not sure what # she was but she was testifying to the number of shots she heard. She had stated she heard 3 shots. When according to the evidence there could have only been one, the one that unfortunately fatally wounded young Trayvon Martin. Several 911 calls that GZ had made to 911 and the non emergency line was played in court yesterday. Many of the recordings began with GZ giving his name and talking about recent burglaries in the neighborhood and describing black males in their late teens. There was even one call about a neighbor who had their garage door raised and how that was not like them to have it up at about 11PM one night.
Then at about 2PM give or take a little Ms. Rachel Jeantel took the stand. Rachel Jeantel is the young lady who was on the phone with Trayvon Martin moments before Trayvon would be killed by George Zimmerman. Rachel would remain on the stand until after 5PM when the judge declared the court was going to go into recess. Ms. Rachel was called back to the stand to resume her testimony at approximately 9AM this morning and she was not allowed to step down until about 3PM today. She was told she will be called back at a later time during this trial. During her testimony yesterday Ms. Rachel stated that Trayvon had told her that a creepy a$$ C—–r was following him. She stated Trayvon used the racial slur but she didn’t admit that in the presence of Trayvon’s mom when she spoke with her in the presence of the family attorney not b/c she finds anything wrong with the term but b/c she didn’t want to further hurt/upset Ms. Sabrina Fulton. There was a lot of back and forth between this witness and Mr. Don West. Mr. West showed attitude as did this witness with Mr. West. Yet Mr. West displayed rudeness, over talking the judge, and raising his voice with the witness to the point where the judge had to tell him to lower his voice. It has been said to be confirmed not by my ears but per the buzz on the internet that Ms. Jeantel is in classes at her high school for students with learning disabilities. She is 19 years of age going into the 12th grade and depending on her date of birth and FL enrollment procedures it is not so abnormal for a student in FL to graduate High school at the age of 19 almost 20. There was no love between Ms. Jeantel or Mr. WestNot too sure if she is looking at him like that at this moment today but this is a photo from today’s court session when Ms. Jeantel was on the stand continuing her testimony and West was continuing his Cross examination. I can say there were times when she looked at him like this and worse along with eye rolls. It was mentioned about the issues began early in the case from various interviews between the two. West spent hours trying to discredit Jeantel. There were times where her testimony yesterday and or today was different from her disposition given to the detectives, a letter written to Ms. Fulton Trayvon’s mom and other signed legal documents. Ms. Jeantel was excused from the stand but she has been told she will be called back. With all the hours Rachel was on the stand a total of almost 4 hours today before taking a break before lunch, she did fairly well IMO. She was criticized by many over FB but she was able to give her testimony better than some educated adults in the same situation. Other witness followed Ms. Jeantel and they stated that they saw two men. One was on the ground and one was on top of the person on the ground. They heard screams, yelling, and or cries for help and or yelps but after the shot the sounds stopped and there was complete silence and the person who was on top stood up. One witness today stated after shooting GZ was emotionless. He handed his gun over to an officer but didn’t display any emotion after having killed someone.
I will update as I can my goal is to update nightly!! If however I don’t I will do so several times a week at least. I have various post on my Facebook page as I watch the courtroom proceedings from home. You can reach my Facebook page via this link www.facebook.com/Que274 not only do I post various occurrences in the court I share and or re post from other pages as well. This is going to be a long difficult an emotionally draining trial. Keep the parents of Trayvon Martin and all families who must live and grieve the death of a loved one.

While on the stand yesterday defense attorney Don West asked Rachel why she didn’t feel the need to contact the authorities being that she was the last person to be on the phone with Trayvon moments before his death, didn’t she think investigators needed to talk to her. She felt that since her # was the last number was the last # showing in Trayvon’s phone where he actually spoke to anyone they (the authorities) would call her. Here’s a photo caption of what was verbally exchanged between the two with the exception of the bottom frame.
Don West is going to try to BAN the first 48 from ever airing on TV again. Like I said on my FB page you can call her slow but she ain’t no dummy. He didn’t know how to come back originally from that.
Have a Good Night Be Blessed and Be a Blessing to others. GN!! SN any typos I will apologize now for eyes are heavy, GN!!
