Something needs to be done. Unfortunately nothing will bring this young woman back but I know inmates who go to prison just for the healthcare. If people can get upset over inhumane conditions for pets even those who are confined then why remain silent over inhumane conditions for humans who are confined?

Absolutely. You are so awesome for bringing attention to the often forgotten. Yeah many have committed some unthinkable crimes and deserve prison but they still have rights. They maybe caged but they are not animals.
