My daughter went to Daytona Beach this past weekend and came back with a sunburned nose. She was in shock, her statement sounded like many other Blacks, “I thought Black people didn’t get sunburned” I told her we all must use sunscreen protection b/c anyone who spends time in the sun is subject to getting sunburned. She’s learned the hard way. It’s not much of a burn. Just enough for the skin on her nose to flake and peel. Remember to protect yourselves and your children. Summer is almost here be safe and enjoy. Also watch your children extra carefully when they are around water. Have Good Night!!
